Concierge Specialist IV

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly motivated Concierge Specialist IV to join the Customer Experience team at Coinbase. As a senior subject matter expert and relationship owner for our highest-value customers, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class experiences that exceed expectations. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will serve as a senior point of contact for our most valued customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and contribute to the development of best-in-class customer experiences. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role is required.
