ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Customer Service and Cross-Selling Advisor to join our team at Entel Perú. As a Customer Service and Cross-Selling Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and solutions to current or potential users of Entel regarding their queries, issues, or complaints. Your goal will be to address and close sales suggestions after each customer interaction. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Provide customer service and support to current and potential users of Entel - Address and close sales suggestions after each customer interaction - Work with customers to resolve their queries, issues, or complaints - Offer solutions and advice to customers regarding Entel's products and services WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Secondary education - Availability to work from home - Basic computer skills - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn - No prior experience is required WHY REMOTE This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
