ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled Safety and Compliance professional to join our team at a leading trucking company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and compliance, with hands-on experience working with Samara and Motive. This is a remote opportunity, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Safety and Compliance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's trucks and drivers operate safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining safety and compliance data and records - Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement - Developing and implementing safety and compliance policies and procedures - Collaborating with drivers and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety - Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 2+ years of experience in safety and compliance, preferably in the trucking industry - Hands-on experience working with Samara and Motive - Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations, including those related to trucking - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team WHY REMOTE This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
