Complex Case Management Clinical Supervisor

ABOUT THE ROLE The Complex Case Management Clinical Supervisor will be part of Oscar's Clinical Operations team, working closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategies for managing complex cases. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that Oscar's members receive high-quality care and support. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Complex Case Management Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of case managers in the development and implementation of care plans for Oscar's members with complex medical needs. You will work closely with healthcare providers, members, and other stakeholders to identify and address gaps in care, develop and implement care plans, and ensure that members receive the support and resources they need to achieve their health goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for changes to policies and procedures. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in clinical case management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of case managers, so experience in team leadership and management is essential.
