ABOUT THE ROLE Saisons Brother Holding is a dynamic Cambodian business group that operates across retail, food & beverage, manufacturing, construction and technology sectors. As a key member of our People team, the Compensation Benefits Manager will design, implement and maintain reward programmes that attract, engage and retain top talent across our multi‑sector portfolio. This role is based in Phnom Penh and works closely with business leaders, HR, finance and legal teams to align compensation and benefits with our growth strategy and corporate values. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will conduct regular job evaluations and market benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. You will design and update compensation structures, including base pay, variable pay and incentive schemes, and oversee the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans and wellness programmes. You will prepare data‑driven reports and recommendations for senior leadership, translating complex market data into clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate with HR and finance to integrate payroll and benefits data into our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Cambodian labour law. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees on compensation and benefits questions, delivering clear communication and training to promote understanding and engagement. Finally, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, and possess at least five years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within a fast‑growing, multi‑sector organisation. You have a proven track record of designing competitive reward frameworks and managing benefit programmes, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems. You possess deep knowledge of Cambodian labour law and compliance requirements, and you can translate legal mandates into practical policies. Your communication and stakeholder management skills are excellent; you can influence senior leaders and build trust with employees at all levels. You are detail‑oriented, confidential, and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. A professional HR or compensation certification is an advantage.
