ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to join our Services Team at Later, a world-leading influencer marketing company. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing best-in-class social media content, engaging with our audience, and driving real results for our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Creating and executing best-in-class social-first content across multiple platforms
- Conceptualizing and ideating creative content ideas that feel native to each platform
- Leading and executing social media shoots from pre-production to post-production
- Monitoring trends, memes, and moments to jump in real-time with brand-appropriate responses
- Engaging and growing our community by responding in brand voice(s), tapping into culture, and building relationships with our audience
- Partnering with internal influencer teams to create seamless campaigns that integrate both social and influencer strategies
- Leading and managing the success and outcomes of all customers that you oversee through establishing and nurturing strong relationships
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to brainstorm and produce innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Community Manager or a similar role with a strong focus on content creation and community engagement
- A proven track record of independently managing and growing a social media presence for a large B2C brand
- Previous agency experience managing client accounts
- Excellent content creation skills, including exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- Comfortable digging into performance data and analysis and using those insights to adjust strategy and report on overall impact
- A natural desire to be active on social media and stay up-to-date on the latest trends
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative content ideas
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Later takes a market-based and data-driven approach to compensation, ensuring that our salaries are competitive and reflective of the local market. Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation, and we offer a range of benefits to support our team members' overall compensation package. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000.
