ABOUT THE TEAM Our Global Business Services' Commercial Solutions team is responsible for ensuring operational and programmatic excellence across deal cycles, increasing revenue through transformative commercial constructs, and driving closure of our sold portfolio. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and maintain commercial constructs and programs that drive revenue for Stripe. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Commercial Solutions Program Manager, you'll own the end-to-end programmatic development of commercial and GBS launch readiness programs that drive revenue for Stripe. This involves managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with significant impact on our business, often requiring first-of-its-kind solutions. You'll work closely with sales teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to develop, launch, and scale commercial programs that support our commercialization efforts. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need a background in program management, commercial program experience, change management, and a strong understanding of private pricing frameworks. You'll also need experience scaling global, cross-organizational mechanisms and supporting selling motions. Strong communication skills and executive presence are essential for effectively communicating with Stripe senior leadership.
