Chief People Officer

ABOUT THE ROLE The Chief People Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team at Veracode, a global leader in Application Risk Management for the AI era. This leader will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, total rewards, employee engagement, culture, performance management, HR operations, and leadership development. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a strategic advisor to leadership, you will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align people strategy with company growth objectives. You will oversee global recruiting strategy and employer branding efforts to attract top talent across technical and business functions. Additionally, you will design and implement programs focused on leadership development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth. You will also oversee compensation philosophy, equity programs, benefits strategy, and executive compensation planning. WHAT YOU'LL NEED The ideal candidate is an experienced executive who has successfully scaled high-performing teams within fast-paced SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology organizations.
