ABOUT THE ROLE

As a leader in the industry, we are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Engineer to be a strong technical resource for our Channel team. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Channel Sales Engineer, you will be the technical face to our prospective and current partners. You will work closely with Channel Account Managers to enable, support, and grow the partner technical community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical overviews and demonstrations to our partners
- Delivering technical training on SASE, networking, and security tailored to the audience
- Presenting the product to partners at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Conveying customer requirements to Product Management teams
- Traveling throughout partner territory
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience working with network and/or cloud security products in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record in software sales
- Comprehensive understanding of networking technology, including LAN and WAN technologies, switching and routing, security (firewalls and filtering technologies), and cloud
- Strong presentation skills and written communication in emails, RFPs, and reports
- Organized, analytical, creative, and adaptive approach to finding solutions

Our estimated annual salary range for this role is $230,000-$250,000, and exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
