ABOUT THE ROLE The Carve Out Lead will spearhead the planning and execution of carve‑out initiatives within the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that all carve‑out activities align with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will lead the development of carve‑out strategies, working closely with finance, legal, operations, and technology stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will oversee the creation of detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report status to senior leadership. Your responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards, and driving continuous improvement of carve‑out processes. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder communication, facilitate decision‑making, and support the transition of assets, systems, and personnel to new entities. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, with significant experience in corporate restructuring, mergers, or carve‑out projects. Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project planning tools and methodologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to carve‑outs is preferred.
