ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Maintenance Department on a Full-Time basis at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, a premier beachfront escape in Broome, Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking all carpentry requirements, including general repairs and new projects, to deliver world-class experiences to our guests. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Carpenter, your key duties and responsibilities will include: - Undertaking repairs and preventative maintenance in all areas of carpentry - Completing new carpentry projects, including major improvements - Utilizing your timber experience to deliver high-quality results - Assisting with general handyperson duties as required - Complying with occupational health and safety policies and procedures WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you must have: - A trade qualification in Carpentry - A current manual driver's license - A strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and practices - The ability to multitask and communicate effectively at all levels - Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort environment is desirable WHY REMOTE This is a Full-Time position with a 38-hour workweek, working from 7:30am to 3:36pm.
