Care Navigation Guide

ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Care Navigation Guide to join our Concierge Clinical team at Oscar, a health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. As a Care Navigation Guide, you will play a critical role in curating relative provider lists for our members who need readily available care, requiring regular engagement with our network providers to ensure optimal options for our members. WHAT YOU'LL DO Your primary responsibilities will include curating relative provider lists for our members, outreach to providers and facilities to provide relevant, refined, and impactful options, and ensuring seamless communication with our Care Navigation Team Lead. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our network providers to provide the most optimal care options for our members. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers. You should be highly organized and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. WHY REMOTE This is a remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being connected to your teammates, our culture, and our mission. You must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas. BENEFITS As a Care Navigation Guide at Oscar, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate of $19.00, as well as employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year.
