ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Call Answering Virtual Assistant to join our team at Stripe. As a Call Answering VA, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a part-time role, with a flexible schedule that can be tailored to your needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Call Answering VA, your primary responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries in a professional and prompt manner Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments using Google Calendar Providing general information about our clinic, including location details, office hours, doctors on duty, available appointment slots, price list, and basic service inquiries Escalating concerns, urgent matters, or questions outside the approved scope through screenshots and proper documentation Handling emergency-related concerns appropriately and escalating immediately when necessary Maintaining accurate appointment records and call notes Sending reminders and follow-ups to patients/clients when needed Ensuring a polite, calm, and patient approach during all interactions Coordinating with the team regarding schedule updates and client concerns Maintaining confidentiality of patient/client information WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: Fluent English language skills with a clear speaking voice and good pronunciation Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to remain patient, polite, and professional when handling callers Expertise in Google Calendar management Comfort with handling calls through WhatsApp Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to multitask and work independently A medical background or experience in healthcare/customer support is preferred Knowledge in handling urgent or emergency situations is an advantage A stable internet connection and quiet working environment WHY REMOTE As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a stable internet connection.
