ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cabin Crew member to provide exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their safety, security, and comfort throughout the flight. As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, adhering to standard operating procedures, and maintaining a professional image while on duty and on layovers. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Adhere to and remain conversant with set standard operating procedures as per the Government, DGCA, and Company Manuals. - Maintain current knowledge of rules and regulations and procedures for the operations of the aircraft. - Ensure strict adherence to company grooming and turn-out standards, presenting a professional image while on duty and on layovers. - Conduct inflight sales and continuously increase ancillary revenue by promoting the airline as a brand and sharing various options available to the customer. - Ensure service delivery is efficiently organized and consistently delivered by crew to meet and exceed customer expectations. - Provide special assistance to customers requiring special assistance, such as those with reduced mobility, elderly, un-accompanied minors, mothers with infants/children. - Take a detailed galley handover and ensure all sales stock, pre-booked meals, and other catering uplifts are as per catering documents. - Maintain good public relations in the cabin by engaging positively and proactively with customers. - Ensure On-Time Performance is maintained. - Maintain a high level of self-discipline at all times when on duty and strictly adhere to the cabin crew code of conduct. - Responsible for checking, safeguarding, and return of all company equipment and unused catering supplies. - Monitor the cabin throughout the flight and report all issues/discrepancies/non-compliances/cabin and galley defects to the Inflight Manager. - Make all relevant announcements as defined in the Announcement book (if approved as per announcement ratings). - Complete all pre-flight and post-flight duties. - Recommend changes with regards to service delivery/design/enhancement of service/product, reducing wastage based on customer/crew feedback. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Indian Nationals with a Valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card. - Age Limit: For freshers with no past flying experience is 18 to 28 years. For Experienced crew, up to 35 years. - Minimum Height - 155 cms for female and 167.5 cms for male (and weight in proportion). - Minimum Education - 10+2 (Class 12th), must be fluent in English and Hindi. - Must be medically fit as per DGCA. - BMI range for female 18 - 23 and for male 18 - 25. - No visible tattoo/marks. WHY REMOTE This is a transferable role, and you will be required to travel and work for long hours and in shifts. As a Cabin Crew member, you will be based at one of our operational crew bases, which can be transferred to as per the company's requirements.
