ABOUT THE ROLE Menzies Aviation is a global leader in aviation logistics, delivering critical turnaround services at airports worldwide. As a Cabin Cleaning Agent at Heathrow Airport, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that aircraft cabins meet the highest cleanliness standards for multiple airlines within tight ground‑time windows. You will be part of a dedicated team that operates across all terminals, contributing to our reputation for reliability, safety and exceptional service quality. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will perform comprehensive cabin cleaning using specialized equipment and approved cleaning chemicals, adhering to each airline’s specific requirements. You will work within a structured shift rota, typically four days on followed by two days off, covering both early and late shifts to meet operational demands. You will collaborate closely with fellow crew members, maintaining strict timekeeping and following detailed instructions to complete each turnaround efficiently. You will complete mandatory e‑learning modules and stay up to date with company communications delivered through various IT systems. You will maintain a safe working environment, following all health and safety protocols, and report any incidents or hazards promptly. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You will have a strong work ethic, demonstrating motivation and enthusiasm for delivering high standards. You will be physically fit, capable of climbing aircraft steps, lifting light equipment and operating cleaning tools in confined spaces. You will possess basic literacy and numeracy skills, with a good understanding of English and proficiency in using digital platforms for training and communication.
