ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking passionate and dedicated team members to join Tommy's Brentwood, our first stand-alone taproom. As a key location in our expansion, we are looking for individuals who share our vision of building a proudly local and hands-on experience in Central. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in bringing the Tommy's experience to life in Brentwood. Whether you're working in the front of house or back of house, your enthusiasm and commitment will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. In the front of house, you will be responsible for leading our team as a Floor Supervisor, ensuring seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Alternatively, you may be working in the back of house as a Kitchen Supervisor, Sous Chef, or other key roles, where you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and preparation. WHAT YOU'LL NEED While specific requirements vary depending on the role, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to upholding our high standards of quality and hospitality.
