Billing AR Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a highly skilled Billing & Collections Analyst to own day-to-day billing operations, cash application, and collections support for our India team. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on invoice generation, payment application, reconciliations, dispute management, and AR reporting. You'll partner with Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, and Collections to ensure invoices are accurate, payments are applied correctly, and customer queries are resolved quickly, helping improve cash velocity and reduce billing exceptions. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Billing & Collections Analyst, you'll be responsible for executing daily billing cycles, processing standard billing adjustments, and applying high volumes of customer payments. You'll also monitor and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and basic escalation items on a daily basis. Additionally, you'll support periodic reconciliations, perform outbound collections activities, and serve as the first point of contact for standard customer billing/payment queries. You'll participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SFDC/NetSuite and related system updates and assist in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and training materials. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience with NetSuite (or equivalent ERP), Salesforce/CPQ, Avalara, payment gateway tools, Google Sheets/Excel, Jira, Zendesk, and integration platforms (Celigo or similar). You'll also need to be proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. WHY REMOTE This is a full-time, remote role based in the Bengaluru area. The expected working hours for this role will be 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST through the end of 2026, then change to 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST beginning 2027. You'll need to reside within commuting distance of our Bengaluru office and be available to attend in-person meetings and company events as needed.
