Benefits Analyst (Contract)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our global team at New Relic. As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a key role in administering our global benefits plans, programs, policies, and processes with a focus on US-based plans. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with global benefits management, including regulatory compliance and administration of benefits programs. You will partner with key stakeholders in the People Team (HR), Finance, and Procurement to ensure that our benefits programs provide a positive employee experience through education and clear communication. You will also serve as a first-line subject matter expert for US employee benefits queries, providing clear and accurate information. Additionally, you will analyze benefits data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and identify trends. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have proficiency in Workday Benefits/HRIS, flexibility to work across different time zones to collaborate effectively with US, EMEA, and APJ stakeholders, and excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and prioritize competing, urgent requests. You will also need to have intermediate Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits management is required.
