ABOUT THE ROLE The Chedi Lustica Bay is a luxury waterfront destination that blends Mediterranean charm with modern hospitality. As a Bellboy, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay and ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s commitment to exceptional service. In this role, you will support the Front Office team by managing luggage, escorting guests, and providing information about the hotel’s amenities and local attractions. Your presence and professionalism will help create memorable experiences that align with the hotel’s mission to inspire authentic and meaningful connections. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will greet arriving guests with warmth and attentiveness, handling their luggage with care and escorting them to their rooms. You will maintain a secure storage area for guest belongings, coordinate valet parking when required, and assist with any special requests such as delivery or transfer services. You will keep guests informed about hotel services, room amenities, and local points of interest, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. You will also support the Front Office Manager in upholding LQA and FTG standards, ensuring consistent quality across all guest interactions. Your role will involve collaboration with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams to deliver seamless service. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You hold a high school diploma and possess basic knowledge of hotel and Front Office operations, including familiarity with PMS Opera. You are fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage. Prior hotel experience is preferred, but strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a genuine desire to serve guests will also be highly valued.
