ABOUT THE ROLE
The Bell Captain at Four Seasons Hotel Macao is the cornerstone of our guest‑first culture, ensuring that every arrival and departure is seamless, efficient, and memorable. In this leadership position you will oversee the bell team, coordinate luggage handling, and serve as the primary point of contact for guests requiring assistance with transportation, concierge requests, or special accommodations. WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will lead, train, and motivate the bell staff, setting high standards for punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail. You will manage the scheduling and deployment of bell personnel, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods and special events. You will coordinate with the front‑desk and concierge teams to deliver personalized service, including arranging transportation, handling luggage logistics, and responding to guest inquiries in real time. You will monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as guest satisfaction scores and response times, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a role model for the Four Seasons values, fostering a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive team environment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You possess a minimum of five years of experience in luxury hotel guest services, with at least two years in a supervisory or management capacity. You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You are highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, and comfortable using property management systems and digital communication tools. You demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills, and you communicate clearly and professionally with guests, staff, and senior management. You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in hospitality or a related field.
