ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a skilled Barista to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our coffee shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on our customers and colleagues alike. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Prepare and serve expertly crafted coffee drinks to our customers - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards - Develop a strong understanding of our menu and make recommendations to customers - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience - Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest coffee trends and techniques WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 1-2 years of experience as a barista in a coffee shop or similar environment - Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends WHY REMOTE Unfortunately, this role is not remote.
