ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled barista to join our team at Peloton. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a barista, you will be responsible for: - Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards - Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer - Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers - Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Japanese or Korean is an asset WHY REMOTE Unfortunately, this role requires on-site work and cannot be performed remotely.
