ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled and experienced barber to join our team at Peloton. As a barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a barber at Peloton, your primary responsibilities will include: - Booking appointments and managing client schedules - Cutting and trimming hair according to client instructions or preferences - Shampooing customers' hair and providing other hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting - Shaving and trimming beards and mustaches - Applying bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair - Cutting, trimming, tapering, curling, waving, perming, and styling hair - Suggesting hair styles compatible with client physical features and preferences WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A secondary (high) school graduation certificate - 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a barbering role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and hand-eye coordination - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods WHY REMOTE Unfortunately, this role requires on-site work at our physical location and does not offer remote work options.
