ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Attraction Instructor to join our team at Peloton. This multifaceted role involves delivering top-tier hospitality and safety standards within tours, attractions, and excursions on the Destination. As an Attraction Instructor, you will be responsible for leading, instructing, guiding, and overseeing tour participants, ensuring safety, enhancing the guest experience, and executing flawless operations in attraction, tours, activities, and experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Attraction Instructor, your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring safety and guest satisfaction by teaching and instructing activity techniques, safety, and the correct use of equipment - Delivering experiences that enable guests to feel confident and capable in new activities and overcome challenges to succeed - Providing expert advice to guests on equipment use and fit, ensuring they are using the correct type and size - Leading, instructing, guiding, and supervising attractions, activities, and experiences in a safe and responsible way - Communicating positively and enthusiastically with guests while identifying nature and points of interest within the environment - Managing and controlling large diverse groups of varying abilities, backgrounds, and ages, and demonstrating a safety-first culture in all activities WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - Exceptional guest engagement and interaction skills - Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach - Unwavering concentration and strong swimming prowess - Proficiency in CPR/First Aid and comprehensive knowledge of our products and services - Ability to maintain composure and rationality during high-stress situations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills WHY REMOTE This role is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own environment while still delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
