ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an Associate Talent Partner to join Hightouch, a leading Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and executing strategies to attract and engage exceptional talent for our Go-to-Market organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Associate Talent Partner, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for critical hiring initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional candidates for key roles within our Go-to-Market organization. - Identifying and engaging outstanding talent through creative outbound campaigns and thoughtful interactions. - Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, with a focus on quality over quantity. - Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute hiring plans that meet the needs of our business. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. - Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
