ABOUT THE ROLE Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Recruiter to join our global talent team. As a Talent Advisor to our AMER Field Operations Team, you will be responsible for sourcing, leading, and driving the entire recruitment process for various roles and levels. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for engaging talent, building relationships with hiring teams, and providing a consistent and outstanding candidate experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and engaging the right candidates, leading the full hiring process, and building balanced pipelines of top talent - Building tight relationships with hiring teams and serving as an advisor and partner to fill current openings - Crafting and improving a consistent and outstanding candidate experience - Running and championing our hiring process to provide a consistent experience with the Elastic recruiting team - Participating with the global recruiting team to develop, implement, and execute recruiting strategies - Being a passionate Elastic brand ambassador, helping to build our talent brand and pipeline WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 2+ years of recruiting experience across positions and teams - A passion for understanding the basics of what hiring teams are working on - Demonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company, preferably in the software industry - Experience in direct sourcing of hard-to-find skillsets - High attention-to-detail and ability to prioritize multiple reqs - Sharp eye for business with the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and think three steps ahead - Ability to successfully articulate the Elastic value proposition and story to candidates - Ability to establish relationships by phone, email, and social media channels - Experience collaborating with and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle - Solid understanding of ATS tools (Greenhouse a bonus!) and recruiting technologies WHY REMOTE This role can be located anywhere in the USA, and you will be comfortable working from home or a non-affiliated co-working space. As a fully distributed team, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and be part of a global talent team. BENEFITS Elastic offers a competitive salary range of $74,200 - $117,400 USD, with an alternate range of $89,000 - $140,800 USD in select locations. In addition to cash compensation, this role is eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits that prioritize employee well-being.
