Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Process Analyst at Sicoob, a leading cooperative financial institution in Brazil. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our Business Productivity Analysis System (APN), as well as developing and implementing process improvements across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements, including the creation of new processes and the revision of existing ones - Analyzing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to identify areas for improvement - Assisting in the creation and review of manuals, reports, and presentations related to business processes - Conducting quality and compliance controls to ensure the integrity of information - Supporting the execution of internal audits and implementing action plans to address findings - Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation - Maintaining up-to-date documentation related to our Quality Management System and business processes - Providing support to our shared services center, promoting the application of best practices and adherence to established procedures - Participating in initiatives focused on process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field - Knowledge of process modeling and management using BPMN - Experience in quality management, continuous improvement, or corporate processes - Knowledge of internal audits, controls, and performance indicators - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint - Strong writing and document preparation skills - Ability to analyze data and track performance indicators - Familiarity with Lean, PDCA, or similar methodologies WHY REMOTE We offer a flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from home, with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
