Asset Management Specialist Water Wastewater Treatment

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Asset Management team, supporting strategic planning, maintenance forecasting, and data-driven decision-making across various projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the lifecycle of physical assets to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness. You will maintain accurate asset inventories using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or EAM systems, develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies, conduct physical audits and condition assessments, and analyze asset performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. You will also collaborate with maintenance, finance, and operations teams to align asset strategies, ensure compliance with relevant Asset Management standards, and prepare reports on asset health, risk, and replacement forecasting. WHAT YOU'LL NEED We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in asset management, maintenance, and operations. You should have a strong understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or EAM systems, as well as asset lifecycle strategies and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for this role. WHY REMOTE We are open to remote employment with the ability to travel as needed to our facilities across the country. We anticipate an average of 50-65% travel required.
