The role involves developing and enhancing the core AI capabilities, improving user experience, and ensuring the platform scales to serve over 500,000 students, lawyers, researchers, and other professionals worldwide. WHAT YOU’LL DO You will design and implement advanced natural‑language understanding models that parse diverse document formats and generate accurate, context‑aware responses. You will work closely with product, UX, and data teams to integrate real‑time transcription, citation generation, and insight extraction features. Your responsibilities include optimizing inference latency, expanding language support, and maintaining high accuracy across a broad range of document types. You will also collaborate on API development, documentation, and customer support to ensure seamless adoption by academic, legal, and research communities. WHAT YOU’LL NEED A strong background in machine learning, particularly in transformer‑based language models and document‑level NLP. Experience with large‑scale data pipelines, model training, and deployment in a cloud environment is essential.
