ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team at Ark Athens. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-end projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our team to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Architect at Ark Athens, your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing architectural projects using high-end software such as Archicad - Managing and coordinating construction projects from conception to completion - Collaborating with our team to create detailed designs and specifications - Developing and implementing building information models (BIM) and other digital tools - Providing technical expertise and guidance to our team members - Participating in project meetings and presentations - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A strong background in architecture and design - Proficiency in high-end software such as Archicad and Rhino - Experience with building information models (BIM) and other digital tools - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in Greek is not required, but knowledge of the language is a plus WHY REMOTE As a remote Architect, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
