As a Senior React Full‑Stack Developer you will be the technical lead on client projects, building end‑to‑end solutions that scale from prototype to production. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and implement robust, maintainable React and Node.js applications using TypeScript and Next.js, ensuring clean code, test coverage, and optimal performance. - Own the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, collaborating with product owners to translate business goals into technical specifications. - Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. - Integrate AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront) to deliver scalable, secure back‑ends and automate deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools. - Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate development, prototype features, and maintain high code quality. - Communicate progress, risks, and solutions directly to technically savvy clients, preparing concise documentation and demos. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Five or more years of commercial software development experience, with at least three years in React.js and five years in Node.js; alternatively, five years in React.js and three in Node.js, plus two years in Next.js. - Deep expertise in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and front‑end state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar). - Proven experience building production‑grade applications on AWS, including serverless architecture, containerization, and monitoring. - Strong architectural mindset: ability to design scalable, modular systems from scratch and make defensible trade‑offs. - Excellent written and spoken English; capable of articulating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and presenting confidently in client meetings. - Self‑driven, highly organized, and able to deliver high‑quality code in a fully remote, asynchronous environment without micromanagement. - Adaptability to rapidly onboard new projects, iterate quickly, and pivot priorities as client needs evolve.
