You'll also need to be able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly and concisely, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. Fluent English is essential, as you'll be working with teams and clients across time zones daily. You'll also need to be comfortable with a pace that's faster than most scale-ups, and be able to take ownership and find a way through even the most complex challenges.
