Analyst Relations Manager

As the Analyst Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the global analyst relations strategy for Stripe's key industry verticals and emerging categories. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will own the global analyst relations strategy, building trusted relationships with key analysts and sharing the technical craft and business strategy behind Stripe. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering programs to maximize influencer and customer awareness, consideration, and recommendation of Stripe's products and services globally. - Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key analysts across firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and industry-specific firms. - Crafting clear, differentiated narratives aligned to market trends. - Leading strategy, preparation, and execution of analyst evaluations and research cycles, ensuring high-quality submissions and effective cross-functional workstreams. - Preparing senior leaders for high-impact analyst engagements with tailored insights and executive-ready materials. - Synthesizing analyst insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and go-to-market alignment. - Acting as a trusted advisor to Stripe product and marketing leaders, providing expert guidance on market sentiment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, product communications, or a product marketing role. - Experience managing analyst evaluations and research cycles, including submissions for major analyst reports. - Demonstrated ability to drive results cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to develop clear, market-facing narratives. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating materials for senior executive audiences.
