Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Analyst, Regulatory Affairs to contribute to the Regulatory Affairs team at Oscar, a health insurance company that utilizes a full stack technology platform to serve its members. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the Evidence of Coverage team, coordinating large-scale workgroups and contributing to annual QHP filings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Analyst, Regulatory Affairs, you will support the Regulatory Affairs Evidence of Coverage team by serving as a resource on Oscar processes and identifying risks to escalate in partnership with your manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating large-scale workgroups and contributing to annual QHP filings
- Supporting the quality and timeliness of annual filing inputs through initial submission and regulator facing negotiation periods
- Resolving low-risk state objections
- Project managing and implementing the internal tracking and monitoring of Regulatory Affairs team deliverables related to our Legislative processes
- Coordinating internal working groups and preparing agendas, tracking action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of regulatory objections, state-specific requirements, and reasons for deviations from standard policy
- Escalating issues or delays to leadership
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree in a legal, healthcare-related, or humanities field, or 4 years of commensurate experience
- 2+ years of experience in health insurance customer service, claims, appeals, or Regulatory team
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Tools
WHY REMOTE
This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in Atlanta, GA. You will be fully remote, with the possibility of a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area in the future.

- Base pay: $28.30 - $37.15 per hour
