ABOUT THE ROLE The Analyst L3 position is part of a global digital transformation team that delivers end‑to‑end solutions. The role focuses on leveraging IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) to support clients as they modernize their operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will apply your expertise in IBM BAW to design, develop, and optimize business processes for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring workflow components, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of three to five years of professional experience with IBM BAW is required. You should have a strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow configuration, and integration techniques. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
