ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analyst of Marketing JR to join our Marketing team in a 100% remote work environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and strengthening our brand, defining communication strategies, and positioning ourselves in the market. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Analyst of Marketing JR, your primary responsibilities will include: Monitoring and analyzing social media conversations, trends, and digital environments to identify potential crises, risks, and opportunities for growth. Analyzing and classifying social media data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Identifying and mapping trends, behaviors, and conversations on social media to inform marketing strategies. Developing creative and effective marketing campaigns that align with our brand's vision and goals. Working closely with internal teams, including communication, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing. Providing real-time monitoring and alerting on social media conversations and trends. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: A solid background in social media monitoring, social listening, and analysis of digital conversations. Experience with social media management tools, such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Buzzmonitor, Stilingue, Emplifi, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations. Knowledge of social media metrics, brand indicators, and digital behavior. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with real-time monitoring and alerting on social media.
