ABOUT THE ROLE Stripe’s Global GTM Operations team is a high‑impact hub that drives sales productivity across the Americas. As the AMER Analytical Lead, you will own the analytical foundation that fuels strategy, forecasting, and resource planning for the region. Your insights will shape territory design, quota setting, and operational cadence, ensuring that sales leadership can make data‑driven decisions that accelerate growth and deepen customer relationships. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will design and execute a consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence, including forecasting calls and business reviews. You will develop deep knowledge of Stripe’s sales funnel across user segments and geographies, monitoring strategy health and providing actionable insights to GTM leaders. You will build and maintain scalable dashboards and models that automate data extraction and reporting, collaborating with finance and engineering to improve tool usability. You will independently lead cross‑functional projects such as territory building and resource optimization, translating complex data into clear, persuasive recommendations for non‑technical audiences. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You bring at least six years of experience in B2B sales strategy, operations, or business analytics, with a proven record of delivering actionable insights from large, imperfect data sets. Advanced SQL, Salesforce, and Google Sheets modeling skills are essential, as is a strong analytical mindset and structured problem‑solving ability. You are a proactive collaborator who can translate technical findings into compelling narratives for leadership. Experience with Python and BI visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus, but not required. A user‑first mentality, a bias to action, and a passion for driving tangible business outcomes are critical.
