You will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop interview frameworks that align with business objectives. You will conduct structured interviews, provide candid feedback, and guide candidates through the decision process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will analyze recruiting metrics, report on pipeline health, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of hire. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent strategy, positioning Collate as a thought leader in the recruitment space. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have 3‑5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment, and a proven track record of filling roles across multiple functions. You are comfortable using ATS systems, AI‑powered sourcing tools, and data analytics to inform hiring decisions. You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can translate complex technical requirements into clear, engaging messaging. You are adept at building relationships with stakeholders, negotiating offers, and navigating ambiguous situations with a data‑driven mindset. You thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results with minimal supervision.
