WHAT YOU'LL DO - Greet and welcome passengers, answering queries with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Process baggage check‑in, ensuring accuracy and timely handling. - Assist with ticket sales and reservations, using our booking systems to secure seats for travelers. - Stock aircraft with refreshments and supplies, maintaining inventory and presentation standards. - Clean and prepare aircraft interiors after each flight, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols. - Provide special assistance to disabled passengers and families with young children, ensuring accessibility and comfort. - Offer up‑to‑date travel information, flight status, and airport services to enhance the passenger experience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage. - A customer‑service mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Basic computer literacy to operate ticketing and inventory systems. - Physical stamina to lift and move luggage, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning duties. - A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to dynamic airport schedules. - A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred for future progression into fleet operations.
