AI Engineer, GTM Claudification

ABOUT THE ROLE Anthropic is building the next generation of responsible AI systems. Our sales organization is expanding its cloud‑based enablement stack, and we need an AI Engineer to drive the GTM Claudification initiative. In this role you will translate business objectives into AI‑powered tools that accelerate customer acquisition, streamline sales workflows, and provide real‑time insights across the organization. You will work closely with sales leaders, product managers, and data scientists to design, prototype, and deploy scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with Anthropic’s cloud infrastructure. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will design and implement AI models that power sales enablement dashboards, predictive lead scoring, and automated content generation for proposals. You will build end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest CRM, marketing automation, and usage telemetry data, ensuring high‑quality inputs for model training. You will collaborate with the cloud engineering team to deploy models as microservices on Anthropic’s cloud platform, optimizing for latency, cost, and reliability. You will conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to quantify the impact of AI features on conversion rates and sales cycle length. You will translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for sales strategy and product roadmap. You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the broader AI engineering community within Anthropic through internal workshops and code reviews. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have 3+ years of experience building production AI systems, preferably in a SaaS or sales‑enablement context. You are proficient in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and have a solid understanding of transformer‑based language models. You have hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. You can design robust data pipelines using Spark, Airflow, or similar tools, and you are comfortable working with structured and unstructured data. You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business metrics into model objectives and evaluate model performance against real‑world KPIs. You are an effective communicator, able to explain complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate across product, sales, and engineering teams.
