We fill the gap between recruitment agencies, consultancies, and software products by offering support across various functions such as EA and executive support, admin, customer support, operations, bookkeeping, and HR. WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are currently seeking a virtual admin support specialist to join our client, a growing joinery business. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires managing emails and the general inbox, handling inbound customer calls and enquiries, booking appointments and managing scheduling, preparing and sending out quotes, raising and sending invoices, and providing general admin support as the business grows. The role will cover approximately 40 hours per month.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need to be UK based with English as a first language. You should have experience in small business admin, preferably in trade, construction, or services businesses where the pace is practical and the work is varied. You will need to be comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with customers confidently and professionally, able to turn around quotes and invoices accurately without being chased, and organised and reliable with genuine ownership of a varied workload.
