Account Manager II

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Account Manager II to join our Advertiser Success Team at Instacart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving high-valued performance results for Instacart's ad products through optimizations and upsells while communicating the value of Instacart to partners. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Account Manager II, you will collaborate with our Sales Team to build trusted relationships with CPG clients and agencies. You will create full-funnel media mix strategies aligned with partner objectives and lead cadence calls to present campaign performance data. You will also build persuasive narratives to influence advertisers to implement optimization and upsell strategies, and serve as a product expert to communicate the value of Instacart's ad products to clients. You will participate in cross-functional projects, provide thought leadership and feedback, and influence standards and best practices within the category team. Additionally, you will internally champion and provide vision for the Quarterly Business Review, present campaign insights to CPGs, and contribute to gap-to-goal planning and quota management. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships. You will have experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Salesforce, and Tableau, and knowledge of paid search, display, account management, ad serving, CPG, or e-commerce. You will be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in a high-paced environment. This role also includes a Sales Incentive Plan, with a cash variable incentive target based on individual sales performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
