ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Hightouch, a leading Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have an exceptional customer experience that drives successful renewals and expansion opportunities. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, proactively address their needs, and serve as their trusted advisor throughout their journey with Hightouch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer champions and key stakeholders
Serving as the primary point of contact for all client concerns, needs, and strategic discussions
Driving contract renewals and identifying expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Developing a comprehensive understanding of client business goals and mapping our solutions to their needs
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Maintaining accurate client records and tracking contract updates, renewals, and account health
Generating regular progress reports for clients and internal leadership
Proactively addressing client challenges and developing tailored solutions
Leading renewal meetings and participating in strategic business reviews
Communicating expansion opportunities to the sales team and supporting deal progression
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To succeed in this role, you will need:
4+ years of demonstrated success in Account Management, Renewal Management, Sales, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and driving positive customer outcomes
Experience managing retention and adoption for complex SaaS accounts
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various stakeholder levels
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
Financial acumen and experience with contract management
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
Customer-first approach with a focus on building long-term partnerships

BENEFITS
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000-160,000 annually, as well as meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options. We also offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
