ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven, smart, and energetic Account Executive to accelerate growth on our winning team. This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in how people work across the globe by providing an amazing experience centered around a partnership with our customers. As a trusted consultant, you will be an expert on the existing Lattice platform as well as future trends in performance management, employee engagement, and the People Ops/HR world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business to consistently meet or exceed Quarterly sales quotas. You will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for new customers, performing online demos to HR professionals, creating proposals, and closing deals. Additionally, you will develop and execute sales strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment, balance immediate priorities with experimenting for new approaches, and act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers. You will also deliver a world-class experience for prospects considering Lattice and other people management solutions, work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and fuel future product growth, and provide market/client feedback internally to the product/engineering team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying capacity, a burning desire to make our customers personally and professionally successful, and at least 3 years of experience sourcing your own business outbound. You should be comfortable with the outbound motion and committed to Lattice's mission and values. Experience selling SaaS-based solutions, in early-stage startups, or building out new initiatives within larger companies, as well as selling into People Ops/HR, are nice to have.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $102,000 - $120,000, and this position is also eligible for incentive stock options, variable compensation, and other benefits as outlined in the compensation section.
