ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bread Baker. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread products that meet our customers' expectations. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking bread products according to our recipes and quality standards. This will include tasks such as mixing and kneading dough, shaping and loading bread into ovens, and packaging finished products for distribution. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in baking and a passion for producing high-quality bread products. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, following recipes and instructions accurately. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, as well as work in a hot and humid environment.
