UX UI Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to collaborate with our team on a project or hourly basis. As a UX/UI Designer at Palerto Studio, you will be responsible for designing visually striking and technically sound digital experiences that balance creativity and usability. You will work closely with our team to create scalable design systems in Figma and design with modern web development trends in mind, ensuring feasibility and smooth implementation. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Collaborate with our team to design visually striking and technically sound digital experiences - Create scalable design systems in Figma that balance creativity and usability - Design with modern web development trends in mind, ensuring feasibility and smooth implementation - Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow and Relume is a plus, as it helps to understand platform constraints WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Proficiency in Figma and a strong grasp of UX/UI best practices - Experience designing for web and digital products with scalability in mind - A good understanding of how design translates into development - A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to design with users and technical execution in mind - Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach WHY REMOTE This is a fully remote position, based in the EU. We are open to working on a project basis or hourly, depending on your needs and availability.
