As the AI Transformation Owner, Product & Design you will lead the integration of advanced AI capabilities across our product suite, ensuring that every feature is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with our user‑centric design philosophy. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will define and prioritize the AI product backlog, translating business goals into user stories and acceptance criteria that meet rigorous design standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prototype, test, and iterate AI‑driven features, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. You will conduct user research and usability studies to validate AI concepts, gathering feedback from diverse global communities. You will develop and maintain metrics and dashboards that track AI performance, adoption, and impact on user outcomes. You will advocate for ethical AI practices, establishing guidelines that protect privacy, reduce bias, and promote transparency. You will mentor junior designers and product staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning around emerging AI technologies. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have a minimum of five years of experience in product design or product management within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of launching AI or data‑driven features. You possess deep knowledge of user‑centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture, and you are comfortable translating complex AI concepts into clear, compelling user experiences. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools, and you have a working understanding of machine learning fundamentals, data pipelines, and API integration. You excel at stakeholder communication, presenting ideas to senior leadership and translating technical constraints into strategic decisions. You thrive in a fast‑paced, distributed team, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and user impact. You are passionate about inclusive design, accessibility, and ethical AI, and you stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
