WHAT YOU'LL DO You will oversee the full lifecycle of global office projects, from concept to commissioning, ensuring every space embodies the Cloudflare brand and meets functional needs. You will design and implement an AI‑first workflow that automates vendor onboarding, cost estimation, risk assessment, and quality control, reducing manual bottlenecks and accelerating delivery. You will develop and deploy real‑time utilization analytics and continuous employee feedback loops, using those insights to iterate on design assumptions and drive evidence‑based improvements. You will partner with Real Estate, Finance, and Workplace teams to build predictive models for site selection, capital allocation, and long‑term financial reporting, ensuring optimal use of resources. You will manage the global CapEx budget, delivering multi‑year forecasts, variance analysis, and executive reporting that informs strategic decisions. Finally, you will serve as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and external partners, aligning security, IT, legal, and operations under a unified, technology‑supported project pipeline that prioritizes employee experience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You bring at least 12 years of progressive leadership in design, construction, or facilities management, with a proven record of delivering large‑scale, high‑impact projects on time and within budget. You have deep expertise in integrating AI, data analytics, and automation into design and construction workflows, and you can translate complex data into actionable design strategies. You possess strong financial acumen, including experience with CapEx budgeting, predictive modeling, and ROI analysis. Your communication skills are exceptional; you can translate technical concepts for non‑technical leaders and build consensus across diverse teams. You thrive in a fast‑paced, distributed environment, managing multiple stakeholders and navigating ambiguity with a solutions‑oriented mindset. A background in sustainable design and a passion for creating inclusive, future‑ready workspaces are highly desirable.
