ABOUT THE ROLE HighLevel is an AI‑powered business operating system that empowers agencies, entrepreneurs and SMBs to build, automate and scale their operations. As a Lead Product Designer you will shape the visual and experiential foundation of this platform, driving product vision, design standards and team culture across multiple product pillars. You will work in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment with over 2,000 team members in 10+ countries, and your work will directly influence the daily interactions of more than one million businesses worldwide. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will partner closely with product and engineering leaders to translate customer needs, business goals and technical constraints into clear, polished design solutions. You will own the end‑to‑end design process for high‑impact product features, from research and ideation through to handoff and iteration. You will mentor and elevate the skills of junior designers, setting a high bar for craft and visual sophistication across the organization. You will champion accessibility, usability and consistency, ensuring that typography, grids, spacing and interaction quality meet the highest standards. You will leverage AI‑powered tools for exploration, prototyping and critique to accelerate workflow and maintain a rapid design cadence. You will influence product strategy and roadmap decisions, ensuring that design is an integral part of every critical product milestone. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have at least seven years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally in SaaS, B2B, platform or workflow‑heavy environments. You possess an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates mastery of hierarchy, layout, typography, grids, spacing, interaction design and accessibility. You are proficient in industry‑standard design tools and have hands‑on experience with AI‑powered design assistants. You can articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels and have a proven track record of delivering world‑class product experiences. You thrive in a distributed, autonomous setting, taking ownership of design direction while collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
