ABOUT THE ROLE Adyen is a leading financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products to customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. As a Team Lead, Implementation, you will join our Professional Services Team to lead a team of Implementation Engineers in North America, driving customer success and delivering innovative solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Team Lead, Implementation, you will be responsible for leading a team of implementation managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive efficient onboarding processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of implementation managers to deliver high-quality customer experiences and achieve efficient onboarding processes - Acting as a sparring partner and escalation layer for the team, helping navigate complex projects and technical challenges - Creating a collaborative team environment with an open communication and feedback culture - Scaling up the team while preserving Adyen's unique culture and values - Driving continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging insights to enhance processes and outcomes - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives - Helping define and execute strategic initiatives to advance the function's key performance indicators (OKRs) WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - At least 2 years of experience in building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants, or solution engineers - Proven experience with integration projects within a large global company, working in professional services, finance, retail, or general technology - A track record of driving global process change, setting up tools and procedures to ensure operational success - Strong understanding of global commerce and its complexities, including international time constraints and regional dependencies - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with global teams WHY REMOTE This role is not a remote-only position. As a Team Lead, Implementation, you will be based out of Adyen's San Francisco office, where you will collaborate with colleagues and drive in-person collaboration.
